From a young age, I fell in love with sound and the beautiful way it colored the medium through which I experienced the world. It felt as though I was wrapped in a cocoon of resonance and rhythm gently guiding me through my life.

In this program, singer Naomi Columna and percussionist Katalin La Favre explore vocal works from the Medieval and Renaissance period navigating through the various colors of an instrument that was not yet in existence in Western culture, the marimba.
